He was predeceased by: his parents, William Duncan and Dorothy Duncan (Sexton); and his siblings, Kenneth Duncan, Robert Duncan, Bill Duncan, Mary Laird, Carla Gertsch and Sandra Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Duncan (Baker); his stepdaughter Mikah Cooper of Sesser, Illinois; his siblings, Roger Duncan (Kara) of Olney, Illinois, Bruce Duncan of Olney, Illinois, Ronald Duncan of Olney, Illinois, Janice Hale of Wayne City, Carol Lilly (John) of Navarre, Peggy Barta (Peter) of Hollsopple, Debra Carrasco (Ray) of Orosi and Donna McCormack (Richard) of Flora, Illinois; his stepgrandchildren, Gerrod Tolley, ShaLynn Tolley and Alex Cooper; his stepgreat-grandson Wyatt David Tolley; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Sprehe of Mount Vernon, Carol Earls (Verner) of Mount Vernon, Sherry Duncan of Calhoun, Illinois and Robert Gertsch of Olney, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
