He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Homer and Phyllis Cornwell (Kunz). He is survived by: his wife Linda Cornwell (Tate); his daughter Samantha Cornwell of Charleston, Illinois; and his siblings, David Cornwell (Jeanie) of New Lenox, Illinois and Prisilla Nelson (Larry) of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. He is also survived by two nephews; and one great-nephew.
