It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lindell R Johnson of Bluford, Illinois, born in Benton, Illinois, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Niles Johnson and Delphia Johnson (Cochrum); and his daughters, Sherry Johnson and Annie Benda. He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson (Kirk); his children, Keith Johnson (Patty) of Summersville, Lindell R. Johnson, Jr. (Micaela) of Milford and Dawn Gordon of Bluford, Illinois; his grandchildren, Melissa Johnson, Ashton Lee Johnson, Justin Johnson, Bret Johnson, Brandon Johnson, Shelby Brown, Jordan Johnson, Max Johnson and Riley Johnson; his great grandchildren, Aidyn Johnson, Logan Johnson, McKinley Johnson, Gunner Brown and Oakley Ann Brown; his brother Gordon Johnson; and his niece Crystal Reeves (James).
Memorials may be made in Lindell's honor to First Baptist Church of Bluford.
