He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billie Herren and Carolyn Herren (Hale); his girlfriend Diane Ballard of Bluford; his children, Kevin Herren, Jr. of Fort Branch, Dylan Herren (Elizabeth) of Fort Branch, Kaleb Herren (Gabrielle Hopfinger) of Geff, IL and Autumn Moore of Wadsworth, Ohio; his grandchildren, Michael, Curtis, Cheyanne, Logan, Kamdyon and Ansley; and his sisters, Lisa Smiley (Dan) of Potsdam and Amie Wilt (Troy) of Troy, Ohio. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Newell Funeral Home (601 S 42nd St, Mt Vernon, IL 62864). The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the American Legion Post #141 (15123 N Legion Ln, Bluford, IL 62814).
