He is survived by: his parents, Shirley Shelton of Wayne City and Foster Patterson; his wives, Lyndall of Aurora and Elizabeth Patterson of Bluford; his children, Jason Patterson (Erin) of Millington, Christina Patterson and Hector Garibay of Christopher; his grandchildren, Shelbi Patterson, Sienna Patterson, Jeremiah Garibay, Samuel Patterson and Jaxson Garibay; his brothers, Gary Patterson of Wayne City and Roger Patterson of Mount Vernon; and his stepsiblings, Rhonda Proctor of Florida and Mike Moore of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
