He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Kane and Aleen Kane (Crowell). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kane (Garrod); his children, Matthew J. Kane (Amber) of Mount Vernon, Dalton Kane of Mount Vernon, Joshua C. Kane of Mount Vernon, Sarah James (Mark) of Marion and Alicia Hall (Patrick) of Mount Vernon; his grandsons, Travis Richardson and Elisha Kane; and his brother Bob Kane (Phyllis) of Waltonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
