Manley of Bluford, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jacob Pulley, Allen Pulley, Noah Pulley, Mattie Pulley, Elizabeth Manley and Axl Manley; and his siblings, Steve Manley (Barbara) of Texas, Matthew Manley (Kellie) of Florida, Tony Manley (Kim) of Missouri and Cathy Frischer (Mark) of Missouri.
