She is survived by: her spouse Charles Oakes Williams of Bluffs; her children, Robert (Bob) and Janet; her great grandchildren, Madelynn of Cale, Kai, Lucas John Williams (Lindsey) of Mt, Zion, Knox Chipman of Jacksonville, Ruth Chipman of Chicago, Elder, Etta, Edia, James Wayne Williams of Jacksonville and Mark Charles Williams of Chapin; and also, Timothy Williams Chipman (Stephanie) of Jacksonville and Andrew Williams Chipman (Alicia) of Chicago.
