It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Roy Carlock of Bluff Springs, Illinois, born in Mason, Illinois, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arnold Carlock and Jessie Blair Carlock; his wife Beverly Moeller of Bluff Springs; his daughters, Brenda Hall (Lacy) of Logansport, Bobette Robertson (David) of Bluff Springs and Beth Phelps (Travis) of Rushville; his grandchildren, Brian Collison (Kirsten) of Alexandria, Marc Collison (Jen) of Charlevoix, Sara Whitis (Jason) of Rushville, Jonathan Hall of Flanagan, Katherine Phillips (Alex) of Ash Grove, Emily Brant (Matthew) of Willard, Cyrus Robertson of Bluff Springs, Paige Phelps of Springfield and Jonah Phelps of Rushville; and his siblings, Jim Carlock (Jean), Shirley Cooper (Don) and Dorothy Schultz. He was also cherished by ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cass Lodge #23 Scholarship Fund, Ansar Shrine, VFW Scholarship, or Elks National Foundation.
