It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Spencer Alan Carter of Blue Mound, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Carter (Humes). He is survived by: his father Mark Carter; his wife Tina Donaldson; his pets, Jane Russell, Taylor and Buddy; and his mothers-in-law, Sherry Thrash and Peggy Donaldson. He is also survived by two aunts; one uncle; and a large number of extended family.
