He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Ann Jones; his wife Patricia Ann Luka of Blue Mound, IL; his sons, Greg Luka (Barb) of Blue Mound, IL and Mark Luka (Carla) of Blue Mound, IL; his siblings, Helen Entler of Decatur, IL, Fred Luka (Margo) of Indianapolis, IN and Butch Luka of Thomasville, GA; his grandchildren, Zach Luka (Mary), Justin Luka, Garth Luka (Morgan), Stacey Pryczynski, Tracey Pryczynski, Emily Luka and Blake Luka; and his great grandchildren, Annamarie, Colbe, Ellis and Ila.
