Gordon L. Eckols Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon L. Eckols of Blue Mound, Illinois, born in Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on June 16, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Aud Eckols and Viola Eckols (Norman); his wife Betty Jean Snead; his sons, Brad (Barb) of Hill City, KS and Gregg of Blue Mound, IL; and his grandchildren, Wesley, Amanda, Garrett (Rikki), Bethany and Tucker.
Memorial donations may be made in Gordon's memory to Jubilee Community Garden or Blue Mound United Methodist Church Missions.
