He is survived by: his daughters, Sara Sullivan (Michael) and Pamela Zacharski; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Burns (D. J.), Michael Sullivan Jr. and Kylee Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Deegan Burns and Chloe Burns.
