Rafael Fernandez Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2021, Rafael Fernandez of Blue Island, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rafael Fernandez to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gloria Fernandez, Carlos Fernandez and Gilberto Fernandez. He is survived by: his wife Ramona; his son Rafael Fernandez (Jill); his grandchildren, Zackary Fernandez (Selene) and Miguel Fernandez; his great grandchildren, Giovanni and Jaziel; his stepgrandson Vicente Orozco (Christina); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Vicente Jr., Victoria and Anastacia; and his siblings, Ester Castaneda and Jorge Fernandez.

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, all precautions must be adhered to and will be enforced. All visitors must have facial coverings and follow social distancing standards of 6 feet.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Benedict Church greatly appreciated.
