Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Murray Gordon (Blue Island, Illinois), born in Hendersonville, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 94, on July 14, 2021. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stella Gordon (Cooley) and George Gordon; his brother Harvey (Jane); his brother-in-law Alvin; his children, Randy (Linda), Jody (Robert Markus) and Laurie (David Shaw); his grandchildren, Kim, Emily Gordon, Seth (Vidya Mahavadi), Danielle Markus, Jenna and Adam Shaw; his sister-in-law Lois Stiglitz; his pet Bogey; and his wife Charlene. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League in West Palm Beach, Florida, Temple Anshe Sholom in Munster, Indiana, and the National Council of Jewish Women, South Cook Section.
