He was predeceased by: his child Gary Mumford. He is survived by: his children, Donna Stroup, Susan Papernik, Cheryl Mumford, James O. Mumford Jr and Jeffrey Mumford (Ryan Schommer); and his grandchildren, Greg Papernik, Shauna McIntosh, Scott Stroup, Anthony Stroup and Marchell Butler.
