Phillips (Blue Island, Illinois), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 3, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Mark Phillips, Melissa Phillips (Greg Woodruff) and Matthew Phillips (Melanie); and her nieces, Maggie Woodruff and Olivia Woodruff.
