He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Czachura (Labno) and John Czachura. He is survived by: his siblings, Casey, Mickey, Ted, Bill and Joe; his children, Susan (Billy), Barry (Leigh) and Janet; his pet Teeny; his cousin Dorothy Erdman; his siblings, Reinny and Leah; his nieces and nephews, Bob, Steve, Amy and Al's; his siblings, Arnold (Reggie Myksin) and Pat (Ed Harast); his nieces and nephews, Barbara, Stephen, Michael, Tracy and Scott; his brother Frank; his daughter Judy (Ed); his brother John; and also, Stanley and Doris Mykisen.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Ben's favorite charities: The Salvation Army.
