He was predeceased by: his wife Annie; and his parents, Charles and Anna. He is survived by: his siblings, Caroline Groskopf (Leonard), Frank Mack, Mary Smyrock (Sigmond), Anna Mack, Sophie Mastej (Joseph), Joe Mack, Clara Cretnik (Tony), Stan Mack (Vivian) and Rose Mack.
