With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfredo Ortiz of Blue Island, Illinois, who passed away on October 9, 2020 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria DeJesus Arauza and Rafael Ortiz; his close friend Elvia Frausto; and his sister Maria Guadalupe Ortiz. He is survived by: his adoptive children, Mayra Valdez, Angelica Vergara, Miguel Arellano and Edgardo Frausto; and his siblings, Rafael Ortiz, Moises Ortiz, Jose Ortiz, Micaela Ortiz, Angeles and Isabel Ortiz.
Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, all precautions must be adhered to and will be enforced. All visitors must have facial coverings and follow social distancing standards of 6 feet.
