He was predeceased by: his grandmother Beverly J. Grady. He is survived by: his parents, Diane Grady (Mark) and Thomas M. Chiavetta; his grandparents, Thomas, Barbara Chiavetta, Tommy Chiavetta and Kenley Chiavetta; and his stepsister Melody Kramme. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association for Summer Camp.
