It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Thomas Jackson of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Rosiclare, Illinois, who passed away on July 15, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Jackson and Marie Brownfield Jackson; and his brother Wendell "Butch" Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Forman; his children, Tammy Douglas (Bill) of Bloomington, IL, Denise Webb (Jim Salch) of Minier, IL, Cathy Davis (John) of Carlock, IL, Tommy Jackson of Bloomington, IL and Jeff Jackson (Teresa) of Fishers, IN; and his sister Juanita Aquino. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to OSF Hospice.
