He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden Hicks and Ruby Hicks (Witherspoon); and his wife Joanne Price. He is survived by: his children, Brad Hicks (Megan) of Normal and Wendy Hicks of Bloomington, IL; and his sister Mildred Williams of Eldorado, IL..
