She is survived by: her husband Franklin Lewis; her children, William Lewis of Ellsworth and Peggy Lewis of Tucson, AZ; her grandson Christopher Lewis of Phoenix, AZ; her great grandchildren, Teva and Lennon Lewis of Phoenix, AZ.; and her brother Floyd Short of Normal, IL.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be left to the Alzheimer's Association.
