He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Saylor and Martha Saylor (Scott); and his siblings, Rufus, Charles, Etta, Elizabeth, Viola and Della Mae.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Fulkerson; his children, Ellen Hilger of Redford, MI, Tom J. Saylor (Christine) of Normal, Carol Gee (Ted) of Bloomington and Brenda Brooks (Steven) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Christopher Hilger, Emily Hilger, Alex Brooks, Amber Brooks, Hannah Burkholder, Mariah Porter, Kyla Gee and Cameron Saylor; his great grandchildren, Jax, Lydia, Henry, Levi, Brantley, Ainsley, Lincoln, Caroline and Ryker; and his siblings, George Saylor (Barbara), Walter Edward Saylor (Louise) and Naomi Smith.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the East Lawn Funeral Home (1102 Airport Rd, Bloomington, IL 61704). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
