It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy E. Brown of Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Brown and Ruth Brown (Taylor); his siblings, Ronnie, Karol and Cheryl; and his father-in-law Clark Elkins.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Elkins-Merrill Brown; his children, Jennifer Dalton (Mike), Tonia Elkins (Joseph) and Creston Merrill (Amanda); his sister Shawne Wempen (Jim); his mother-in-law Sandra Arnold (Ted); and his sister-in-law Tamela Collins. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family in care of Cheryl or to the charity of the donor's choice.
