She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Toohill and Marie Phelan Toohill; her husband James M. Harpenau; her daughter Margaret; her son-in-law Gary Anguish; her son Leo Harpenau; and her siblings, Joseph Toohill and Marie O'Brien.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Dressler (Gary) of LeRoy, James Harpenau Jr. of LeRoy, Francine Hazen (Mark) of LeRoy and Patty Gaddis (Denny) of LeRoy; her grandchildren, Kevin Anguish (Stephanie), Jean Moehlman (David), Kimberly Viravec (Jake), Katherine Tadeo (Ismael), Anarae Fosdick (Aaron), Greg Gaddis (Nicole), Brianne Schramm (Nick), Arielle Harpenau, Alex Harpenau (Hollie), Elizabeth Gambrel (Tyler), Nick Anguish (Lexi) and Zachary Hazen; her siblings, Edward Toohill (Frances) of LeRoy, Forrest of LeRoy, William Toohill (Rita) of LeRoy, Patrick Toohill of LeRoy, Frank Toohill (Becky) of LeRoy, John Toohill (Janet) of LeRoy, Alice Keeley and Anna Gordon; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Toohill. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Homes of Hope, Normal or St. Patrick Church of Merna, Bloomington.
