It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steven A. Carter (Bloomington, Illinois), who passed away on December 22, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse M. Carter, Jr. and Doris Lyle Carter (Sheppard); and his sister Tanya Graham. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Carter; his daughters, Amanda Christianer (Christopher) and Stefanie Anderson (Patrick); his grandchildren, Joseph Carter Brown, Annabelle Anderson, Kinnsley Anderson, Lilly, Hailey, Christopher, Jr. and Christianer; and his sisters, Cindy Strauss (Jim), Mary Able (Brian) and Tammy Gentry (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
