She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Streenz, and Ruth Streenz, Sr. (Ethington); her brother Theodore Streenz, Jr.; and her daughter Malinda Marlene. She is survived by: her husband Thomas H. Folks, Sr.; and her siblings, Michael Streenz (Vickie) of Tyler, TX, Christopher Streenz (Patricia) of Bloomington, IL and Carla Streenz of Clinton, IL.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
