He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Neuleib and Laura Neuleib; his sister Pauline Shaw; and his brother-in-law Bob. He is survived by: his son Jon Neuleib (Molly); his stepson Arthur J. "Joe" Hoane (Sarah Kimball); and his granddaughters, Lily Madden Neuleib and Bailey Neuleib (Janice Neuleib). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, friends.
