He was predeceased by: his parents, George Higgs and Edith McGee Higgs; and his siblings, Cindy Higgs and Terry Higgs. He is survived by: his son Brett Higgs (Gabbi); his granddaughter Hailey Higgs (Nate Riggs); his siblings, Billy Higgs (Connie), Tammie Watkins (Robert) and Becky Miller (Donnie); and his sister-in-law Denise Higgs of Bloomington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
