He is survived by: his father Joe Turner Russell of Downs, IL; his siblings, Gail Baker (Dean) of Aberdeen, MD and Stephen Russell of Bloomington, IL; his nephew Dustin Baker (Helena) of New Orleans, LA; his niece Hazel Russell of Maroa, IL; and his pet Bart.
