He is survived by: his children, Donna Williams (Bart) of Bloomington, Frank Holtz (Shanan) of Bloomington and Thomas Holtz of Bloomington; his sister Patricia Bookout; and his siblings-in-law, Rena Holtz and Bill Reilly of Oakland, CA..
