He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Michael Milligan and Karen Nice Milligan; his sisters, Krisy Sargent (Dusty), Lyndsey Gardner (Mark) and Marisa Spanton (Randy); his nieces and nephews, Michael, Madyson, Matthew Sargent, Layla, Gary, William Patrick, Elyse Gardner and Jade Spanton; and his aunts and uncles, Dan Milligan (Susie), Steve Milligan (Mary), Bob Milligan (Kim), Sue Nierstheimer (Ray), Laura Rice (Dean) and Sherilyn Lueschen (John).
