It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia I. Prouty of Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hursh and Pearl Hursh (Scott); her daughters, Susan and Debra; and her siblings, Leonard Hursh and Lenora Wendell.

She is survived by: her son Dale Prouty (Lori). She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
