He was predeceased by: his grandfather Buel Cummins. He is survived by: his parents, Russell "Rusty" Cummins and Alissa Cummins (Evans); his siblings, Jen Gibson (Mike), Jason Holt (Taryn), Nathan Holt (Devon) and Kelsey Holt (Alex Knight); his grandparents, Jerry Evans (Kathy) and Jean Cummins; and his close friend Brandon Myers. He is also survived by 1 nephew and 7 nieces.
