With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nadine A. Hazen (Bloomington, Illinois), born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clellon Earl "Kelly" and Vonnel E. Folmar (Powell); her husband Richard L. Hazen; her brother Burley Edward Folmar; her sons, Mark Hazen (Francine) of LeRoy, IL, Kelly Hazen (Penny) and Vaughn Hazen (Susan) of Sugar Grove, IL; and her siblings, Clellon Earl "Jim" Folmar, Jr. (Sandy), Sandra Johnson (Edward) of Naples, FL and Pam Gower (Wally) of Nisbet, PA. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
