He is survived by: his parents, Loran D. Horn and Anna J. Horn (Elger); his wife Pamela K. Paschal; his son Michael; his grandchildren, Adam and Aimee; his sister Lori Mullins (Todd) of Peoria, IL; his nephews, Jacob Mullins (Liny) of Massachusetts and Jared Mullins (Chelsea) of Bloomington, IL; his niece Hannah Fiedler (Brian) of Peoria, IL; his great-nephew Obed Mullins; and his friends, Tony, Jenn Young of Downs, IL and Michael.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family in support of Adam and Aimee's college educations.
