He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Leon and Eileen Mann Crutcher; and his brothers, Terry L. Crutcher and Ron Crutcher. He is survived by: his children, Terry M. Crutcher (Olivia) of Bloomington and Sara Emberton (Shad) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Corrin, Tyler Emberton of Lexington, Henry and Samantha Crutcher of Bloomington; his brothers, Gail Crutcher (Jeni) of Richmond and Dana Crutcher (Kim) of Hudson; and his sister-in-law Glenys Crutcher of LeRoy. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
