She is survived by: her husband Alfred "Al" Leo Fortag; her children, Donna Thomas (David) of Bloomington, IL and Gerald Fortag (Marcia) of Bloomington, IL; and her grandchildren, Brooke Tay (Brian), Jesse Thomas (Sherry), Clayton Thomas, Joe-Dan Fortag, Jenny-Lee Plue (Jeremy) and Dara-Lynn Golliday (Rob). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
