She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert L Boggs and Frieda Sprehe Boggs; her husband Arthur Wayne Downen; her son Stephen; her daughter-in-law Anna; her grandson Benjamin; and her siblings, Shirley Hartley and Donald.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Downen (Karen); her grandchildren, Stephanie Downen Oak (Abra Millman) of Bloomington, Katy Grady (Chris) of Bloomington and William Northcutt of Bloomington; and her sister-in-law Betty Weber. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
