With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marianne Bullard of Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on January 19, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Waldo and Mary E. Wilkinson (Tyler); her husband Elmer Bullard; and her son David Bullard. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Nowers (Mark); and her grandchildren, Megan Malcolm, Jamie Hardesty, Emily Bullard, Jessica Mangler and Kindi Bayler. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
