She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hilt and Gladys Hilt (Hisle); her husbands, Fredric Hildebrandt and William Blitz; her son Donald; her sister Barbara; her granddaughter Jenna; and her pet Isis.

She is survived by: her children, Rick Hildebrandt (Lois Durbin) of Bloomington, Terri Ziegler of Decatur, Joy Boehm (Jeff) of Bloomington and Jason Jewell of Bloomington; her siblings, Carol Negron of Fairfield, Marie Kaufman of Bloomington and Eddie Webb of Kentucky; and her pet Benno. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
