With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kimberly Cotton Smith of Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on January 5, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard J. Cotton and Mary Catherine Lenegar Cotton; and her husband Curtis Wayne Smith. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Jones (Mike) of Bloomington, Nathan Smith of Bloomington, Kaiden Smith of Bloomington and Rick Smith (Deana) of Mansfield; and her siblings, Patrick Cotton of Bloomington, Diane Siron of Bloomington, Julia Duvall (Edgar) of Denham Springs, Mary Cotton (Marta) of Peoria and David Cotton (Karin) of Normal. She is also survived by four granddaughters; one great-grandson; two grand dogs.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Humane Society in her memory.
