With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jon Proctor of Bloomington, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 17, 2024 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Proctor. He is survived by: his mother Ann Proctor (Veselak) of Bloomington; his sisters, Mary McPherson (Gary Riggins) of Bloomington and Sara Rivera (Henry) of Bloomington; and his nieces and nephews, Brielle Riggins, Olivia Rivera, Corvin and Ezekiel Rivera.
