Joan Trego Edgren Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Trego Edgren of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father John Spangler; her husband John Edgren; her children, Lucinda Gebhard (Mike) of Bloomington and Erik Edgren (Stephanie) of Oskaloosa; her grandchildren, Paul Gebhard (Courtney), Hans Gebhard, Miriam Troutner (Daniel), Joel Gebhard (Kristen) and John Edgren; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Ava, Rowen and Vaughn; her son David; and her brother John Daly Spangler.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Normal where she was very involved for many years until she was unable to during the COVID Pandemic.
Memorial contributions may be made to any organization to help the less fortunate.
