He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Evans and Nica Evans of Bee Branch, AR; and his brothers, Billy Don, Leon and Johnny.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Evans of Normal, IL; his children, Lynn Whitlow of Bloomington, IL and Jeff Evans of Bee Branch, AR; his sister Rita (Doyne) Potts; and his grandchildren, Carter and Eve. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
