He is survived by: his wife Aretta Ann Petrie; his children, Gay Rapp (Paul) and Jimmy Malinowski (Jenny); his grandchildren, D. J. Rapp, Matt Rapp (Lynda), Maddie Malinowski, Joey Malinowski (Lauryn) and Timmy Malinowski; his great grandchild Martie Malinowski; his brothers, Milan "Bud" Malinowski and Joe Malinowski; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Malinowski of Georgetown, TX and Betty Malinowski.

Memorials may be directed to St. Mary's Church or Carle Hospice.
