Nesby, Jr. of Bloomington, Carolyn Nesby (Jerry Johnson) of Bloomington, Bettie Hebert (John) of Bloomington, Gloria Jean Nesby of Bloomington, Randy Nesby (Leeanne) of Heyworth, Tony Nesby (Jessica) of Bloomington and Jason Harsha (Dawn) of Bloomington; and his former wife Evelyn Howard. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
