He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Jeffrey Elder; his spouse Leslie Wheatley; his daughter Victoria "Tori" Elder; his mother Kathy Giuliano; his sister Emily Foley of Bloomington; his half-siblings, Josh Kiblinger (Maria) of Texas and Heather McLaughlin of Mackinaw, Illinois.; and his stepfather Al Giuliano.
